Account Verification After Login At JeetCity
JeetCity asks for verification when it needs to confirm who owns the account and where the player is based. The check is tied to withdrawals, payment risk flags, and compliance rules set by the casino’s licensing and payment partners.
Verification is required before a first withdrawal is approved. It also triggers when you change personal details (name, date of birth), update a withdrawal method, or attempt a withdrawal to a method that was not used for deposits.
JeetCity can request a fresh check after unusual login activity. Common triggers are a new device, a new country, repeated failed login attempts, or use of a VPN/proxy detected by the security system.
Verification is also requested when deposits or withdrawals cross internal risk thresholds. The practical result is a temporary hold on withdrawals until documents are reviewed.
- ID: A government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence). The file must show full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and a clear photo; all corners visible.
- Address: Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, tax letter, or municipal letter). The document must show your full name, the same address as on the account, and the issue date.
- Payment method: For bank cards, a photo of the card with only the last 4 digits visible and the name shown; CVV must be covered. For e-wallets, a screenshot or PDF showing your name and the wallet account/email plus recent activity, with transaction IDs visible.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding the ID or a short liveness check in-app. JeetCity uses this when it needs to confirm the ID belongs to the person logging in.
- Source of funds (when requested): Documents that explain the origin of larger balances, such as payslips, a bank statement showing income, or a contract for sale/settlement, with sensitive unrelated items redacted.
Once verification is requested, JeetCity keeps withdrawals on hold until the documents pass review
